Robert Gash, ALC

The owner of United Country Real Estate Western Land & Lifestyle Properties, Robert Gash is a real estate broker, auctioneer, marketing professional, and businessman. After 9 years as a real estate associate broker in Western Colorado, in 2020, Robert established Western Land & Lifestyle Properties in Cedaredge. He currently focuses on listing lifestyle real estate properties and manages regional associate brokers. Robert is also the founder of Colorado Country Broker, a Western Colorado lifestyle-focused real estate brand where he amassed a following of like-minded individuals.

Robert specializes in marketing and selling Colorado lifestyle properties, cattle ranches, irrigated farmland, mountain land, cabins, hunting properties, luxury homes, and golf course properties, and his tactical real estate marketing efforts have put his brokerage on the map. In 2021, Robert was awarded the United Country Real Estate Genesis Award for excellence in marketing and branding, a national recognition that corroborates our comprehensive marketing efforts.

Robert’s professional career began as an electrical contractor, general contractor, and real estate developer in the Denver metro area. His investment in the Cedaredge area began in 1996 when his family purchased a 58-acre ranch NW of Cedaredge. In 2007, Robert relocated his family to the property, establishing Mountain G Ranch LLC, a grass-fed cattle operation that he and his wife, Jen, now operate. 

A 4th-generation Colorado native, Robert understands the unique lifestyle that living in Colorado provides. He uses that lifestyle to his - and his sellers’ - advantage, going above and beyond the average listing presentation, and leaning into each property’s opportunities to reach targeted buyers nationwide.
