After 9 years as a real estate associate broker in Western Colorado, in 2020, I established United Country Real Estate Western Land & Lifestyle Properties in Cedaredge. I currently focus on listing lifestyle real estate properties and managing associate brokers throughout the region. I am also the founder of Colorado Country Broker, a Western Colorado lifestyle-focused real estate brand where I’ve amassed a following of like-minded individuals.
I specialize in all things Western Colorado realty - marketing and selling Colorado lifestyle properties, cattle ranches, irrigated farmland, mountain land, cabins, hunting properties, luxury homes, and golf course properties, and his tactical real estate marketing efforts have put his brokerage on the map. My professional career began in the Denver metro area as an electrical contractor, general contractor, and real estate developer. My investment in the Cedaredge area began in 1996 when my family purchased a 58-acre ranch NW of Cedaredge. In 2007, I relocated my family to the property, establishing Mountain G Ranch LLC, a grass-fed cattle operation that I and my wife, Jen, now operate.
As a fourth-generation Colorado native, I understand the unique lifestyle that living in Colorado provides. I use that lifestyle to my - and my sellers’ - advantage, going above and beyond the average listing presentation and leaning into each property’s opportunities to reach targeted buyers nationwide.
